• Attendance at meetings of the management team Maintenance of high level contact with senior management of the Indo Zambia Bank.

Narrative Description of Assignment

Chintu Mulendema was detailed to liquidate the company Assets. Manage the Funds to ensure growth and pay Creditors and the Bank which was owed. The Charge Documents were registered to value of over K5 billion. The Liquidation was successfully concluded.

The ultimate objective of the assignment was to advise and assist the Judiciary implement a comprehensive financial management and accounting system so as enable the Judiciary to effectively manage its own resources and the increased budgetary support.
