Richard is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with ZiCA and a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). 

Richard has over 18 years' experience in audit and accounting. He has held various positions at senior level for a number of organisations. He has extensive technical expertise and is complemented by familiarity with systems and related standards.

He is very familiar with Government operations and financial reporting requirements having worked for National heritage conservation commission a quasi-government organisation and also conducted the procurement and financial systems audit for the Ministry of health and Ministry of education.

He is an associate partner at CYMA and was admitted to partnership in March 2017.

He leads engagements for mostly for the SMEs sector.
