Tresphored is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with ZiCA and a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Association of the Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is a manager at CYMA.

He manages engagements for mostly non-governmental, quasi-government and local authority assignments.

Tresphored has over 20 years' experience in audit, accounting and general management. He has held various positions at senior level for a number of organisations. He has extensive technical expertise and is complemented by familiarity with systems and related standards. He is very familiar with Government operations and financial reporting requirements. He was Associate Director of Operations at Elizabeth Glaser Paediatric AIDS Foundation in South Africa an international NGO.

He worked as an Enterprise Resource Planning software trainer at Population Services International in USA and was part of the software training and implementation in Uganda, South Africa, Cambodia, Nepal and Zambia.

His experience also includes work as Senior Finance Manager at Society for Family Health an Affiliate Organisation of Population Services International a Washington based Not for Profit Organisation.

He was also a Finance consultant at the United Nations World Food Programme as well as Senior Auditor at Office of the auditor General of the Republic of Zambia and at Moores Rowland chartered Accountants. 

In His work as an Auditor he has audited a number of Government ministries and Departments as well as a number of Limited liability companies which include Docklands Construction Limited. Kabwe Steel Limited. 

Other organisations audited include Lusaka Aluminium Limited, Enterprise Development Project, Export Board of Zambia, Lake Kariba Inns Limited. Southern Water and Sewerage Company Limited, Bread of Life Church International, Examinations Council of Zambia and Pension Scheme Trust just to mention but a few.

He also has a wide experience in auditing, financial and management accounting.

He is experience in forensic investigations. merchant and commercial banking, management consultancy, taxation, leadership and project management.
