Narrative Description of Assignment:

CYMA was required to conduct the Quality of Expenditure review to cover transactions under the CEEC for the period January 2008 to December 2012. The review focused on the following aspects:
- Guidelines. systems. and procedures for reviewing and monitoring statements of expenditure operations, including cash flow requests and related disbursements in accordance with policies and procedures.

- Conformity of expenditures with the approved work plans and budgets and progress on the agreed activities.

- Operations and management of the Governments activities in compliance with covenants and provisions stipulated in the MoU and various agreements with the Cooperating Partners.
